The ESC is a Web-based service offered exclusively to the following audiences:
- Clients with current service contracts
- Distributors with current Distributor Service Support Agreements, (DSSA)
- Authorized Service Partners
- net.com Employees
Clients that do not possess a current service contract with net.com are not eligible to use the services and
features of the ESC. Please contact one of our net.com Sales Representatives nearest you to arrange for a
service contract so that you may use the services and features of the ESC.
Software Subscription is an entitlement whereby you are furnished the latest Feature releases which you
can install and use. It can be ordered by contacting your Account Manager. If you are unsure who that is,
please e-mail esc@net.com and we will ensure your request is moved to the
appropriate person.
Certification programs exist for our product lines. This level of knowledge will provide you with more
indepth information on our products, to include access to our netShare knowledge management system. For
additional details on becoming certified on Scream or Shout, please send an e-mail to
technical_training@net.com
